BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Our BOOKING Policy
- Bookings are required a minimum of 48 hours in advance with a Non-Refundable Booking fee of PHP500. This is essential as it allows the host families time to prepare the room prior to guest arrival.
- Walk in bookings can be accepted if there is a vacancy, but priority is given to Reserved Bookings and you may need to make way.
- Accommodation Payment will be in cash/direct debit upon your arrival, paid directly to the homestay admin officer.
- Additional services, Meals and laundry payments can be paid directly to the host.
- For online channel bookings( Booking.com, Expedia, Tripadvisor, etc) shall follow the platform policies instead.
Our CANCELLATION Policy
- Please be mindful that a homestay CANNOT be compared to hotel, any cancellation or shortened booking has a significant economic impact on the families with which you are staying, as they may have turned away other guest to host your stay period.
- Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before arrival time. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible .
- In the unfortunate event that you have to shorten your trip, there will be no refund of payment.
- For online channel bookings( Booking.com, Expedia, Tripadvisor, etc) shall follow the platform policies instead.
